DIGITAL DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

Livo Sun sells digital eBooks, devotionals, workbooks, journals, guides, and related downloadable resources. We do not currently sell or ship physical products.

  1. Digital-Only Delivery

All Livo Sun products are delivered electronically. No printed book, parcel, package, or other physical item will be mailed to you.

Because there is no physical shipment:

• No shipping carrier is used.
• No physical tracking number is issued.
• No shipping fee should be charged for a digital-only order.
• No customs or import delivery process is involved.
• A billing address may still be requested by the payment provider for payment verification, fraud prevention, tax, or regulatory purposes.

  1. Delivery Method

After successful payment, the digital product is normally delivered automatically through one or both of the following methods:

• A download or access link sent to the email address entered during checkout.
• A download link displayed on the Thank You or Order Status page, when this option is enabled.

The delivery email is separate from the regular Shopify order confirmation in some cases. Customers should retain both messages for their records.

  1. Delivery Time

Most download links are issued within a few minutes after successful payment.

Delivery may take longer when:

• The payment is pending, declined, or under review.
• The order requires fraud or security verification.
• The email address entered during checkout is incorrect.
• The customer’s email provider delays, filters, or rejects the message.
• Shopify, the Digital Products app, the payment provider, or another essential service experiences a temporary technical interruption.

An order is considered delivered when the download or access link is sent to the email address provided at checkout or displayed through the applicable order page.

  1. If You Do Not Receive the Email

If the download email does not arrive promptly:

• Confirm that the payment was successfully completed.
• Check your spam, junk, promotions, updates, and filtered email folders.
• Search your inbox for “Livo Sun.”
• Confirm that the email address entered during checkout is correct.
• Allow a reasonable period for payment confirmation and automated delivery.

If you still cannot access the product, contact us through the Contact Information page on our website. Include your name, order number, checkout email address, and the product purchased.

  1. Incorrect Email Address

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate email address during checkout.

If you entered an incorrect email address, contact us with sufficient information to verify the order. For security reasons, we may request additional order or payment details before changing the delivery email or resending access.

  1. Download Access

Download links are intended exclusively for the customer who completed the purchase. They may not be published, resold, transferred, or shared with others.

Livo Sun may apply reasonable download limits or security controls to prevent unauthorized distribution. If a legitimate customer reaches a download limit or loses access, they may contact us for assistance. Restoring access may require order verification.

  1. File Requirements

Our downloadable eBooks and workbooks are generally provided in PDF format unless another format is clearly stated on the product page.

Customers are responsible for having:

• A compatible device.
• A current PDF reader or compatible application.
• A stable internet connection for downloading.
• Sufficient storage space for the file.

  1. Corrupted or Inaccessible Files

If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened despite meeting the disclosed requirements, contact us. We may resend the file, provide a replacement version, restore the link, or offer reasonable troubleshooting.

If we are unable to provide a working copy, the request will be reviewed under our Return and Refund Policy.

  1. Updates to Digital Products

When we release an updated version of a purchased digital product, access to the update may be provided by email or through a replacement download link at our discretion.

Not every revision, redesign, expansion, or separately released edition is automatically included with an earlier purchase unless this was stated on the product page.
